Stay in the historic heart of New Orleans at this two-bedroom apartment near the vibrant French Quarter. The building dates back to 1858 and reflects the elegant Italianate architecture that gives the city such a singular feel. Inside the home, however, you'll find nothing but 21st century style and comfort. The open-plan living and dining space features floor-to-ceiling shuttered windows, panelled wood floors, soft grey fabrics, and modern black and white furnishings. Exposed brick walls continue from the living room into the bedrooms, both of which have Smart TVs. There’s a six-seater table for at-home dining – although make sure you don’t leave New Orleans without sampling some of its famous Creole cooking on nearby Bourbon Street. You can also make use of the building’s communal facilities like the fully equipped gym, the piano room and the courtyard during your stay. Relax and unwind here – this is The Big Easy after all.

You’ll find indigenous cuisine here that hybridizes Caribbean, African and European influences – so embrace your inner hedonist and dive head first into Gumbo, beignets and po’ boys. It’s a city where jazz is as prevalent...
