If you want to see Downtown Los Angeles — and we mean really see it — looking out of the tremendous dual-aspect, floor-to-ceiling windows of this super-central apartment will give you a vantage point like no other. From any spot in this modern and (of course) very bright home, you can sit and survey the LA skyline. Whether you’re rustling up something to eat in the kitchen, flexing your fingers at the work station or sipping something fizzy on one of the two balconies, this place is all about the views. Not to be overshadowed, the cool colours and minimalist interior keep things simple inside, making this an easy but sophisticated space to relax. Outside, this place feels more hotel than home, with a heated pool and hot tub, poolside cabanas and a full-size basketball court for guests to enjoy. Inside, you get to benefit from even communal facilities, whether you choose to relax in the sauna, practise your downward-facing dog in the yoga studio, hit the gym or pedal for your life in the Peloton room. The downtown location means you’ll have countless breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants on your doorstep, and it's just a five-minute walk to the... nearest metro station.
