This home absolutely blisters with style – we can confidently say there’s nowhere else like it. High ceilings and light-flooded rooms are brought alive with a bouquet of colour. The place bucks the minimalist trend in favour of splendid chandeliers, cobalt-lined French doors, lime green kitchen cabinets, classical azulejo tiles and painted cherubs – lots of cherubs. Fall sleep crowned by a mural of sunglasses-wearing angels, or under a belle époque headboard of a nude reclining woman with peacocks. In the bathrooms, you’ll also shower under pre-Raphaelite art that’s lit up with a glow. Watch a movie on the projector, eat dinner at the marble dining table and fix yourself a drink in the kitchen. There’s so much to see in this apartment, so many nooks and places to cosy up that you might forget that you’re in Lisbon. But when you remember, the whole city is waiting for you. Located in the trendy Barrio Alto, you’ll be near boutiques, restaurants, bars and design shops. It’s also the epicentre of Lisbon’s night scene, where the streets fill with locals and tourists alike to enjoy the year-round good weather. And as for the city’s famous sights, you’ll be just an eight-minute... walk from Carmo Convent and fourteen minutes from Praça de Comércio.

About Saldanha
Saldanha is the uptown business district of Lisbon, filled with designer shops and upscale restaurants that contrast the modern buildings where many locals spend their working days. But it's not like Saldanha closes down after five – there's plenty of residents who appreciate the neighbourhood's sleek look. As a consequence, Saldanha has a great fresh food market, a few cosy cafes, parks and everything else you might need for a great stay. The traffic connections are fast and abundant, meaning most parts of Central Lisbon are only a short train ride away.
