Loved for its village like streets, with many houses boasting blue plaques commemorating famous residents, its magnificent Heath and affluent community, Hampstead is one of the most desirable districts in London – and this inviting apartment is in the heart of it. When you arrive, drop your bags, flick on the kettle and make yourself at home. The living room feels crisp and polished with its white-washed walls and wooden shutters, while the shelves of curiosities add a personal touch. Test out the squashy sofas and armchairs to find the comfiest spot for relaxing with a cup of tea and plate of biscuits or nip out into the communal garden to make the most of the sunshine. Get to know your locale with a gentle stroll along Hampstead High Street, just five minutes away. Quaint cafes, restaurants, boutiques, bookshops and gastropubs line the thoroughfare. After a gin and tonic and a traditional roast lunch, check out the Freud Museum and Keats House, both within a ten minutes walk from your address. Just down the road in Camden Town, live music in famous venues and lip-smacking street food in the huge, bustling market. And of course, it’s just ten minutes by... Northern Line tube to the West End and all its attractions.

About Hampstead
Hampstead is pretty irresistable. It's not right in the centre of London but it's a real oasis to come back to at the end of a day of hectic sightseeing and there's plenty to explore here in its own right. Your neighbours will be a mix of affluent intellectual types: London's top psychiatrists, book publishers, writers etc. They are attracted by Hampstead's village atmosphere, vast array of characterful period houses, independent shops and restaurants and, last but by no means least, the delights of the vast green expanses of Hampstead Heath, with its much-loved wild swimming ponds.
