Housed in a former art gallery overlooking a peaceful courtyard, this bright home is a chic retreat in the heart of Paris’ 9th arrondissement. With its beautiful slanted glass ceiling and vibrant walls in pops of pastel shades, the entire space has been carefully curated to reflect its artistic history in modern, comfortable style. We love the living room’s large windows giving way to leafy views and the kitchen’s marble detailing and tumbling houseplants. Our favourite feature, however, is the window-side free-form table that will make any meal feel like a celebration. Sit here with your morning coffee or gather together for a scenic dinner while enjoying the tranquillity of your quiet city surroundings. Outside of your home, the elegant Palais Garnier opera house is a fifteen-minute walk away, as is the Montmartre district with its famous Moulin Rouge and Sacré-Cœur Basilica. The Louvre, too, is within easy reach in just twenty-five minutes for an added dose of artistic inspiration that your Parisian pad already provides in spades.

Two guests will be sleeping in the mezzanine loft space located at the top of the ladder – there's not much room around the single beds and there's not much privacy here as it's open to the hallway below
This home is located on the third floor of the building and there's no lift, so it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or for guests bringing heavy luggage
There's no parking here, but we recommend skipping the car in Paris and making use of the city's excellent public transportation instead – Notre-Dame-de-Lorette Metro station is a three-minute walk away
