Golf fans, in particular, will see the appeal of this home's location – overlooking the 14th hole of the local country club – but anyone with an eye for design will be bowled over by its beauty. A masterclass in mid-century architecture, it's a striking place that makes the most of indoor-outdoor living with walls of glass, sliding doors, balconies and terraces. A mix of grey shades, white walls and black beams are softened with luxurious furnishings, a fireplace and comfy throws and blankets. But we doubt you'll be spending much time on the sofa when there's a lovely pool, hot tub, outdoor lounge, trampoline, and games of shuffleboard, table tennis and table football to be enjoyed. And for the golfer, there's even a mini putting green in the garden. Look forward to using the fabulous modern kitchen equipped with all the accoutrements you could need for making home-cooked meals, along with the huge dining table with seating for up to twelve indoors and another out on the terrace.
