Stylish, sophisticated and with loads of space for a family or group of friends, this period townhouse has been tastefully modernised – retaining a timeless look. Clearly a well-loved private home, with collections of art and books that are sure to provide talking points, and it's set in a desirable area – just ten minutes walk away from a leafy park and five minutes from the nearest tube station. Spread over five floors, there's a useful granny flat on the lower ground level, with a kitchenette, making it perfect for any members of your group who prefer a little privacy. There's a huge living room and entertainment space, which has been cleverly extended to make the most of the pretty garden, and on the floor above you'll find a fabulous open-plan kitchen and dining room, with everything you could need to cook at home. Elsewhere there's an impressive master suite on the first floor and three further bedrooms on the second. At the top of the house is a spacious office with access to a roof terrace. Here you'll be between the popular areas of Holland Park and Shepherd's Bush, with cute brunch spots, pubs and restaurants only a short... walk away.
