Just a short drive from Brighton and the South Downs National Park, this family home is comfortable and stylish – with an indoor heated pool the star of the show. Set down a private lane in the village of Ovingdean, it's a unique building with a sociable layout and peaceful, leafy surroundings. Perfect for families, there are lawned gardens to the front and a pretty deck to the rear, where the chef of the family can cook up a feast on the barbecue. Inside, bedrooms, bathrooms and a smart eat-in kitchen all share the main floor, with sliding doors opening the kitchen to the deck, while the bright living space is upstairs. Play all day in the pool or head off for a walk or bike ride to the coast – Rottingdean Beach is just half an hour on foot.
