This home in the charming coastal village is Abersoch is strikingly modern, with sleek glass dominating the facade, all the better to take in that sea view. You’re within walking distance of the beach – the soft sand of Abersoch Bay is three minutes on foot. If you want something more grand and sweeping than the harbour-side beach, head to Porth Neigwl, a six-minute drive away. The home itself has some serious wow-factor, starting with the hot tub in the garden and plush rattan sofa set on the patio, perfect for evening cocktails or barbecue lunch. Inside, you’ll find the main living room on the top floor, taking advantage of a view over the village out to where the fishing boats bob out at sea. It’s part of an open-plan living area that spreads across the whole top floor, all natural light from walls of glass and sleek eave angles. Bedrooms are all on the ground floor, with the master opening up to the private garden.
