With impressively high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and crisp white walls, this home in Clerkenwell has all the makings of a contemporary art gallery. Add in design-led furniture, statement lighting fixtures and modern art adorned on the walls and it becomes a personal showroom for ultramodern, minimalist style. As much as we adore the sleek living area and glossy kitchen, the mod-cons are what really make us swoon. Pop a bottle of bubbly in the wine fridge, relax after a busy day under the rainfall showers and warm chilly toes on the underfloor heating in the bathrooms. There's even a balcony off the master – the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning sun. While there isn't a television here, there's so much to get up to in this lively neighbourhood we doubt you'll mind. Museums, galleries (including The Barbican Centre) and must-see landmarks like St Paul's are all within walking distance, not to mention the plethora of restaurants, pubs and bars on your doorstep. And with Farringdon station right around the corner, getting around the rest of London is a breeze. Please note all stays of 8 nights or more include complimentary weekly cleaning, linen changes and... replenishment of toiletries.
