Look closely at the plaque on your building and you’ll see that you’re standing on what is – to many – considered as hallowed ground. Once the site of Gaget, Gauthier & Co's workshop, the architecture firm that built the Statue of Liberty, this building now glimmers with a different kind of freedom – that of giving you the freedom to explore the city with ease from this bright studio apartment. Located on the ground floor, there’s an instant feeling of calm and peacefulness here with a neutral palette accented by chic green curtains and large windows allowing plenty of natural light to shine through. We love the industrial touches in the decor that recall the building’s celebrated past, like the metal chairs around the dining table, the pendant lighting and the wooden desk that is sure to inspire any work from home. With a comfortable bed, a rainfall shower and a sleek kitchenette to boot, you’re all set to enjoy the city in style here. When you’re not soaking up the cool atmosphere of your pad, go out and explore the sights. The Arc de Triomphe is a ten-minute walk away, the Champs-Élysées is walkable is twelve, while beautiful... Parc Monceau is just a five-minute stroll from your door.

It's a safe part of town, well positioned for exploring more vibrant neighbourhoods like Batignolles, Pigalle, or even Grands Boulevards. You'll find lots of high-end shops around Madeleine...
