Just an eleven-minute drive from the striking coast of California’s iconic Route One, this mountain escape offers the best of the land and ocean. Set on a serene mountain vineyard, you can just as easily hike to beautiful summits as spend afternoons on the beach. See for yourself, with panoramic views of the ocean and the Malibu mountains from this charming retreat. With multiple terraces and balconies, you can look out to every corner of Cali (and to your private outdoor gym at the bottom of the hill), but there’s a certain outdoor space that we’re sure you’ll love. A hot tub, fire pit, barbecue grill, sun loungers, and dining space come together to make one of the most memorable deckings we’ve ever seen. Pour everyone a glass of pinot noir and say cheers to your new hilltop abode. Keep sipping as you head inside to check out the home. We love the bright and modern interiors, with lofty ceilings, chandeliers, and luxurious marble floors and sinks. The overall theme is sophisticated and stylish, with luxury everywhere you look. Of course some indoor amenities include a very spacious wine fridge, and an elegant full-sized pool table.
