It's hard to narrow it down to one thing that's most impressive about this villa, but the fact that the interior manages to compete with the stunning view of Beverly Hills is really quite something. Put together by designers Avi and Shelly Osadan, statement lighting fixtures and giant gold baubles suspended from the tall ceilings are found alongside tall photographic artwork and accent walls in a tree-ring finish. The final effect is part modern art gallery, part Bond villain lair — but completely unique. In the main living area, the floor-to-ceiling windows look out to a stunning panorama of the LA skyline and particularly dramatic sunsets. At the click of a button, these slide up to let you out into the home's outdoor space, which is a lot more minimalist than the home's interior, but no less luxurious for it. We have the feeling that you'll never want to leave the infinity pool, but the hot tub, covered bar area and alfresco seating arranged around a firepit do their best to tempt you away. In the local area, you can keep your elevated position above the city by going for a hike in Franklin Canyon Park, which takes just over... a quarter of an hour to reach by car. Alternatively, the designer stores and high-end restaurants on Rodeo Drive are just a twelve-minute drive away, too.
