We loved the high ceilings, patterned rug and hardwood floors that create a handsome space to relax in style, perhaps with a freshly-mixed cocktail in your hand. There's also a backyard where you can chill out in the fresh air, along with a porch that is the perfect place to pause for a moment and watch the world go by. If you want to head into the city's famous French Quarter, then a twenty-minute taxi drive will take you there – make sure you save an evening for hopping between the famous jazz bars. And, if you're planning to catch a game, it's only a thirteen-minute car ride to the Superdome.
