This modern home in Minneapolis' Downtown East neighbourhood is full of history. Located south of the Mississippi River, it features many former industrial buildings from when the city was known for flour milling. Go for a sunset stroll and see the atmospheric riverfront ruins at Mill Ruins Park, then take a walk across the historic Stone Arch Bridge (under ten minutes on foot) and admire the fantastic views of the city and Saint Anthony Falls. Culture vultures, on the other hand, can head to the Guthrie Theater, a three-minute saunter away, while the delights of downtown are a twenty-five-minute wander or a six-minute ride. There are plenty of bars and restaurants right on your doorstep, though – Washington Avenue is a mere two-minute amble and you're a block away from the US Bank Stadium.
