Located just across the street from Vanderbilt University's campus in Nashville, this beautiful apartment provides a sunny, comfortable retreat in Music City. Housed in a historic brick-lined building dating back to the 1900s, the home has kept plenty of its original character – from the decorative fireplace to the wood floors and sash windows – while dazzling with modern comforts, cool, contemporary furnishings and bold pieces of art. We love the separate sunroom that can be used as an office with its desk, and the window-side dining table that’s all set to host hearty breakfasts and celebratory feasts aplenty. The two bedrooms, meanwhile, are pared-back and elegant with carefully curated furnishings that provide the perfect canvas for a dreamy night’s sleep. When you’re not kicking back in your pretty pad, go out and explore the sights. You’ve got plenty of bars and barbecue joints within easy walking distance, the Grand Ole Opry is a twenty-minute drive away and Music Row – the heart of the city’s country music industry – is a fifteen-minute stroll from your door. Centennial Park with its sunken garden, Lake Watauga and Parthenon replica is also just a four-minute walk away.
