Almost right on the border of Cambridgeshire county, and about a thirty-minute drive to the city of Cambridge, you’ll find this absolute haven of relaxation. The fact that this home lived a former life as a barn adds a beautiful flow to the home – not to mention the height the peaked ceilings lends to the space. Surrounded by parks and hiking trails, there’s plenty of opportunities to reconnect with nature on long walks or by taking to the water on the sailing lake. Find your inner child by visiting the waterpark a nine minute drive away, or drive the same distance the other way to get to the golf course. While you’re out, you may as well grab a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants or pubs, and don’t forget to pick up supplies to take back home. You’re going to want to spend evenings in The Barn where you can soak in the jacuzzi with a glass of bubbly in hand. When it becomes a little too chilly for your liking, move back inside to sit around the beautiful stone fireplace. Bring some board games along to keep busy with, but when thing inevitably get... a bit heated, remember it’s just a game.
