Get away from it all at this stunning countryside retreat overlooking the rolling Somerset hills. Step inside, and you'll be greeted by elegant furnishings and creative flourishes that are more than a match for those verdant views. There's plenty of space for your whole group to come together and be sociable and an abundance of secluded corners for when you want to escape into the pages of a good book. With their gorgeous ornamental fireplaces, the sitting rooms are a real treat to return to after a cold country walk. At the same time, the sleek minimalism of the kitchen cuts a contemporary figure that contrasts beautifully with the informal farmhouse aesthetic of the dining table. Upstairs, three bedrooms offer tranquil retreats, a peaceful haven to start and end each day. A stay here is all about relaxation, so step outside and straight into the bubbling hot tub or pull up a seat for sundowners by the shepherd's hut. And when the weather's not playing ball, there's always the cinema snug where you can cosy up with a good film. Just a few miles away is the lovely town of Somerton. Home to an attractive market square, pretty stone houses... and several independent shops and inviting restaurants lining wide, tree-lined streets. Much like the home, it effortlessly intertwines old and new to create something spectacular.
