We adore this Primrose Hill home's rooftop balcony with views over London. It's the perfect spot for drinks at sunset – but that's not the only outdoor space – there's a charming walled patio and decked area here too. Housed in a classic Victorian townhouse with contemporary interiors, sparkling chandeliers, plush pink sofas, and delightful shuttered windows offering views onto the street – it's the ideal place to gather with family and friends. The master bathroom oozes luxury – think freestanding bath and marble-clad walls. There's also a handy office space for when you need to work from home. If you don't fancy cooking in the stylish kitchen, your host can arrange private chefs and butlers. Or, on your doorstep, you'll find chic delis, cafes, restaurants and bars in this exclusive village-like setting, while the eponymous hill, a great spot for kite-flying and picnics, is just a two-minute walk. Alternatively, Regent's Park, with its open-air theatre and zoo, is a six-minute saunter, or take a fifteen-minute stroll along the Regent's Canal to Camden Market.

Home truths
This is a classic terrace house over five floors with no lift and lots of stairs, and those at the top are fairly narrow – something to bear in mind for those with mobility issues
An additional guest can be accommodated on a single daybed in the hallway on the basement floor, so probably only ideal for a child
There's public parking nearby, but we'd recommend skipping the car as there's plenty within walking distance, and Chalk Farm tube is a nine minute walk away
You’ll be required to sign a digital rental agreement from the host prior to your stay for security and insurance purposes. Your host will send this to you after your booking is confirmed
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.

About Primrose Hill
Primrose Hill is easy to fall in love with. With its beautiful pastel-coloured townhouses, winding high street packed with charming independent restaurants and boutiques, it has a similar feel to Notting Hill but without all the tourists piling down Portobello Road. Its relaxed village feel makes it hard to believe that you are in fact just a thirty minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of the West End....
