Cool, calm and collected, this Eastern-inspired apartment in Barcelona's vibrant Eixample district is all set to offer you a relaxing, carefree stay. From its wooden surfaces and beige tones to the hemp furnishings and curated houseplants, there's a feeling of balance and zen here that makes for a welcomed break from the excitement of the city outside. Infusing dome ceilings and Catalonian-style beams with Indonesian art prints and Shoji-style panelling in the hallway, you'll have no trouble curling up on the sofa for a quiet moment's downtime in this sanctuary of serenity. When you're feeling a bit livelier, stick a vinyl on the record player and listen to your favourite tunes while cooking in the kitchen. Outside of your home, the surrounding neighbourhood has plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars to sample, while two of Gaudí's most famous works, the Sagrada Familia and Casa Milà are just under fifteen minutes away on foot. When you return, light a couple of candles and run yourself an indulgent bubble bath, or break open a bottle of Spanish wine and perch over the standing balcony, watching the world go by in this iconic part of town.
