Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Sitting just on the cusp of the North Yorks National Park in the charming town of Pickering, this home has all the ingredients for a refreshing country getaway. In the living room, you'll find comfy furnishings arranged around a log burning stove, as well as some lovably quirky touches, like the wooden stag head mounted on the wall and the repurposed chest used as a table. Upstairs, the comfy bedrooms are matched by an equally pretty bathroom, complete with a contemporary freestanding bathtub ideal for lazy Sunday morning soaks. Outside, there's a small courtyard, as well as designated bike storage with wall-mounted racks. Thankfully, you're not exactly short of places to pedal to either — Scarborough can be reached in just over an hour and a half's cycling. Closer to home, Pickering Castle is five minutes' walk away and a station for the restored heritage railway line that travels sixteen miles through North Yorkshire is even nearer.
