This stunning three-storey villa offers spectacular vistas of Vouliagmeni from its privileged lakeside location. Its spacious interior and bedroom layout (two on the ground floor and two on the second floor) makes it perfect for a couple of families to get together while still enjoying some privacy. An open-plan first floor consists of the living space and kitchen with direct access to a balcony, complete with an outdoor seating area where you can sip your morning coffee and admire the view. The decor is pleasingly neutral, with plenty of natural materials and muted tones that make it feel like a soothing sanctuary, especially when you add a fireplace that adds a cosy ambience on cooler evenings out of peak season. It's a similar story in the bedrooms. Guests in the top floor rooms can relish the best of the view from the terrace, while the ground floor spaces enjoy direct access to the poolside patio. Meanwhile, an external staircase leads from the first floor, so you don't have to go traipsing through bedrooms to reach the pool. Nearby, the lake benefits from crystal-clear, calm water that's perfect for all manner of water sports, including waterskiing, wakeboarding and stand-up paddleboarding. The Lake... Water Sports Club offers all this and more, less than a ten-minute drive away. Just a little further, you'll discover the ancient archaeological site of Heraion and Melagkavi lighthouse out on the point. If you fancy delving deeper into ancient Greece, some of the country's best-known sites are located within Athens itself, approximately an hour and a half away.
