When you think of Norwich, the first things that typically spring to mind are the magnificent cathedral, Norman castle and medieval lanes lined with shops, markets and pubs. There's no denying that this is a city brimming with history, and this apartment is right in the thick of it, mere steps from Norwich Castle. An endless array of restaurants, bars and boutiques are quite literally on your doorstep, while the cathedral is walkable in eight minutes. Location-wise, it's pretty much perfect, but that's not the only reason why we love this flat. Inside, the space is bright and super stylish, with a sleek kitchen and an open-plan living area where you can kick back and relax after a busy day. The design includes a lot of natural elements – rattan baskets, wooden floors and neutral hues – and together, they create a laid-back and soothing space that's a welcome retreat following an afternoon exploring the bustling streets. Rest your feet on the squishy sofa, admiring the incredible city view from the window. Then, pop open a bottle of bubbly and toast your holiday as you tuck into a homecooked meal. When it's time to hit the hay, the sumptuous bed will... be calling your name, so you can wake up refreshed and excited for tomorrow's adventure.
