Positioned in the hills above the famous Blue Caves, this Zakynthos villa is equal parts traditional and contemporary. High, vaulted ceilings inside are trimmed with timber beams and exposed stone surround wooden windows. It's charming, yet the open layout is as modern as it gets. The whole place was designed with adaptability in mind, so you'll find wide doorways, step-free showers and roomy living areas offering plenty of space to spread out. Best of all is the terrace, where days are spent swimming in the pool, sipping cocktails in the sunshine and soaking up the panoramic views towards the vineyard, sea and beyond. We appreciate the attention to detail here – on arrival, you'll receive a welcome basket filled with wine from the estate's vineyard, fresh fruit and home-grown organic produce. You'll also have access to kayaks, snorkelling gear, fishing equipment, mountain bikes, a telescope, helipad and an outdoor gym, as well as the option to hire personal trainers, arrange private chefs and organise boat rentals for adventures on the water. Speaking of exploring, this is one of the most picturesque areas on the island, so there'll be tons to get up to. Wander down the stone path to the ocean... and explore the impressive Priest's Cave, travel by boat to the famous Navagio Beach (also known as the 'Shipwreck') or drive ten minutes to Agios Nikolas for cafes and laid-back tavernas.

About Agios Nikolaos
Tucked away on the Northern coast of Zakynthos, Agios Nikolaos takes its name from the dainty chapel situated above its beach. Popular for its year-round pleasant climate, this tiny village goes into hibernation during wintertime, while being an important harbour during the summer season with daily ferries running to Pessada on Kephalonia. Another much-loved activity by visitors is to take the three-hour round boat trip to the nearby Blue Caves...
