This villa, surrounded by vineyards and verdant hills, is guaranteed to sweep you off your feet. Whether you're looking for a quiet escape where you can truly relax or a base for your adventures in the Italian countryside, it's the ideal place to settle in and call home. The interior is bursting with rustic charm – think arched doorways, exposed stone, and wooden ceiling beams. However, there's also a healthy dose of glamour in the shape of the chandeliers, hand-made terracotta tiles, and the most perfect fairytale bedrooms you've ever seen. Head outside, and you'll find gorgeous gardens with views across the olive groves across to Lake Trasimeno. There's also an infinity pool for refreshing dips when the temperature rises, and a pergola that's perfect for dining together each evening – don't forget the Prosecco. Head over to the nearby lake, and you can stroll along as you take in the watery views, or ride your bike along the cycle path. If the mood takes you, you might like to do some swimming, but if you prefer dry land then there are several lakeside towns to explore. Plus, Perugia is just half an hour's drive away from your front door, where... you can admire the Gothic cathedral and cobbled streets before dining on some authentic Italian fare.
