Flanked with olive trees at the gated entrance, this charming Sicilian residence offers an authentic taste of Italian culture from the get-go. Revealing panoramic views of the famous Vendicari Nature Reserve in the province of Noto, the poetry of the area truly comes to life through the designs and landscaping selected by architect Ivan Gallo. Elegant detailing runs throughout the villa and creates a sense of grandeur while remaining harmonious with the vibrancy of the interiors. We particularly love that all of the rooms overlooking the long belvedere terrace also have stunning views out over the rolling vineyards in the distance. Offering privacy and ample space, the six bedrooms are spread across both the main house and the pool house. This provides the perfect set-up for in-laws and groups of friends to stay separately if preferred. Meanwhile, the main living areas present several different sociable spaces to relax amidst the stylish design work. Admire the exuberant display of artworks, tasteful choices in wallpaper and an enormous collection of books in the home library – a literature lover's dream. High-quality fixtures and furnishings grant a comfortable stay whether you're based in the main house or the pool house. If you're staying... in the pool house, you'll find that it is totally self-contained, with its own kitchen, dining area, lounge, double bedroom and bathroom and even a private rooftop terrace too. The outdoor spaces include a large swimming pool and a large roof terrace with a relaxation corner, dining area and barbecue in the main garden area. As well as a rooftop terrace boasting an open-air kitchen and dining area which provides a stunning vantage point for views of the bucolic landscape. Get the grill going and serve up a dreamy Italian spread featuring barbecued meats and fish from the local farmer's market, paired with Italian wine (of course) while you take in the stunning vistas as the sun goes down over the horizon in the distance. Bliss.
