Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Even though this home is in the centre of Pollença, you can take in the views over the majestic Tramuntana Mountains from the gorgeous rooftop with its sparkling turquoise swimming pool. Bask in the Mallorcan sun here or enjoy a drink in the secluded courtyard. Inside, this renovated home has a perfect blend of old and new. It's light and airy, thanks to the innovative architectural design. Colourful artwork adorns the walls, and there's a wood-burning stove for the winter months, so this place can be enjoyed all year round. A white stone curved staircase leads to the bedrooms – we love the master ensuite’s luxurious sunken bath. This abode is perfect for a family or group of friends looking for a secluded hideaway, yet close to all the attractions of this charming town. Take advantage of an array of sublime restaurants on your doorstep or explore one of Pollença's most famous landmarks, the Roman bridge over the Sant Jordi River, an eleven-minute stroll away. Then head to the Calvari Steps (seven minutes on foot) for fantastic vistas over the town and surrounding countryside. If you fancy a day by the sea, the Port of Pollença is just over ten minutes in... the car, while Alcudia Beach is a fifteen-minute drive.
