Designed like an exotic summer house in the countryside, this Parisian apartment is a breath of fresh air amidst the city's hustle. We particularly love the glass conservatory-style roof that invites natural daylight floods through the space. However, the biggest highlight has to be the huge outdoor garden space (on Paris standards) surrounded by greenary. Bamboo shoots, recliner sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a colourful alfresco dining table and chairs create an outdoor living set up perfect for spending lazy afternoons claiming respite from the fast-paced city lifestyle that Paris knows so well. Waking up here each day will feel like you're miles away from the city as guests are treated to the sound of birds in the morning and the scent of flowers from a nearby garden. Reconnect with nature in between excursions out in the city of lights. For times when you don't feel like dining out (although this comes as a rarity amidst the world-renowned cuisine of Paris), enjoy pairing your homecooked meals with French wine served out on the terrace. Tucked away on the left bank of the river Seine, you'll be positioned just a fifteen-minute walk away from the shops, restaurants and vibrancy of Paris'... Montparnasse district. Take a trip up the tower of Montparnasse (Paris' only sky-scraper) for sweeping views across the cityscape. The 14th arrondissement is also home to the Paris Catacombs (a fifteen-minute walk away), the Paris Observatory (a twenty-minute walk away), and various museums and art galleries.

About Montparnasse & Catacombs
This part of town is mostly residential but works well as a base for exploring the charms of the nearby 6th and the 7th arrondissements. It was famously home to a community of prominent twentieth-century artists and intellectuals - Simone de Beauvoir, Jean-Paul Sartre, Max Ernst and Pablo Picasso to name a few. Parc Montsouris is one of the city's most colourful public spaces and well worth seeking out. Be sure to check out the Roman Catacombs too if you're of the morbid disposition - stacks of skulls and bones await you!
