Saint-Tropez hardly needs an introduction. A pearl of the Côte d'Azur, this glamorous city is the destination of sun worshippers, yacht owners, and high-end shoppers. But away from the hustle and bustle of its historic centre, there are pockets of calm where you can take life a bit slower. Less than a twenty-minute walk from the port, and only four from Bouillabaisse Beach, this home allows you to experience another side of the city. Surrounded by lush hedges and tropical foliage, this green retreat feels more like a botanic garden than a coastal abode. A traditional-looking terraced house, this villa is one of a handful in this delightful complex. The communal pool sits at the centre, beckoning you in from the heat of the French Riviera. Then to dry off, head round to your private patio – relax on the loungers, or perhaps at the dining set on one of your two terraces. At some point, you’ll need to head inside to mix yourself a fresh kir royal. The living space flows through from the shaded verandah, with white walls and a neutral colour scheme creating a zen-like feel where the theme is certainly understated elegance.
