Whether you need to work, play or relax, this extraordinary townhouse in Clapham has you covered. You only have to look at the 130-foot-long garden to see what we mean. As well as a lawn plenty big enough for games, there's also plenty of alfresco seating on the terrace, plus a self-contained office at the far end of the space with enough desks and screens for a whole start-up team if needs be. And that's before we've even got around to the main home. Recently refurbished, the design is bright, bold and worthy of a centrefold in a glossy magazine. The sleek monochrome kitchen is truly envy-inducing, as is the chic dining table next to the large glass door leading to the back garden. At the front of the house, the living room is a little more homely thanks to the bay window, walls full of art and shelves packed with curios. To top it all off, the top two floors are home to characterful bedrooms and bathrooms. It must be said that the location is fantastic, too. Larkhall Park sits five minutes away on foot, while the sprawling Clapham Common is a fifteen-minute walk. Just next to this is Clapham High... Street, where you'll find a great range of restaurants and pubs, plus a cinema.
