Explore the 3 acres of private lush grounds of this 18th-century Georgian manor, right in the heart of the charming town of Middleham. In fact, it's often been compared to Downton Abbey. The size of the manor provides guests with plenty of space for socialising. Why not challenge your loved ones to a game of billiards in the recreational room? The large arched windows not only bring in gleaming sunlight but also showcase the gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape. The antique decor may not be to everyone's tastes, and we'd have loved a more 18th-century feel in the kitchen, but you've got to admit it has a certain charm about it. Listen to the sounds of the birds as you wake up in one of the spacious bedrooms, followed by a warm cup of coffee in the library. If you live in the city, spending some time at this property will give you a real taste of tranquil country living. Situated nearby to the market town of Middleham, you're within walking distance of pubs, restaurants, shops, and flowing rivers. The famous Yorkshire dales are close by to the manor so take our recommendation to pack some walking boots before you... arrive at the property.

The Yorkshire Dales National Park is more green and undulating with grey stone villages dotting the hillside and fields and fells stretching to the horizon. Between the...

This home is managed by Oliver
This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Nearly twenty years ago, Oliver and his friend began curating the world's most unique and rustic getaways. Driven by their own unforgettable experience at a chateau, they have grown remarkably since then. Much like Plum, they believe in hand-picked luxury that doesn't break the bank.
