Surround yourself with idyllic Devon countryside and tune into the soft sounds of nature when you stay at this charming stone cottage. Located in the stunning Dartmoor National Park, this unique home has walks and bike trails straight from the door into Fingle Woods, Dunsford Woods and Mardon Down. A stable door leads into the inviting living space, kept cosy with a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fitted with all the necessities for home-cooking, morning coffee or evening sundowners. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and boast picture-perfect views of the countryside. Weather permitting, the outside space is a restful spot to soak up the birdsong and views of rolling hills. There are multiple National Trust locations on your doorstep, from the grand Castle Drogo to the trails and mountain biking routes of Fingle Woods. Keen bird-watchers will love Bridesmere Bridge where swallows, house martins and bats can be... spotted from a comfortable covered wooden structure, which also makes a scenic yoga platform.
