Here is an excellent base from which to explore Lisbon. You couldn’t be better placed. Right in the heart of Santos, where the trendiest of cafes and restaurants can be found. Stroll to Lisbon’s most popular historical sights. Or walk for ten minutes to catch the metro from Cais do Sodré station. Trains venture beyond the city from here too. This home is a clean and simple affair, with some pleasing attention to detail. The trendy wallpaper in the bedroom, for instance, adds a certain edge. As does the striking use of granite in the bathroom. Midcentury-style touches in the living area make it a home. Open up the tall glass sliding doors and let the city views in as you drink your morning coffee. Or head up to the large roof terrace, take a seat, and watch the sunset with a glass of something cold. Glorious.
