Channelling the art deco architecture of Penarth Pier Pavilion into its design, this two-bed apartment is located conveniently close to Dingle Road train station (with trains into Cardiff every fifteen minutes). It offers a cool modern flat well within striking distance of some of south Wales' headline attractions. An open-plan communal space is well-lit thanks to plenty of windows, with light wood parquet flooring, a white granite worktop, and mirrors to bounce the light around. A communal yoga lawn provides a sanctuary of outdoor calm, and the sea is only a few minutes' walk away if you fancy listening to the soothing sound of waves lapping at the shore. It's close enough to Cardiff to see it across the water, yet far enough away to retain plenty of charm – it's easy to see why Penarth frequently tops lists of the best places to...
