When the Southern summers are at their hottest, you can escape to the home's balcony, which looks out to some of the city's skyscrapers. A couple of bonuses come in the form of a rooftop terrace with plenty of seating and another communal space at ground level that also has a barbecue. Throw in a shared gym and you might find it harder to leave the address than you had anticipated.
