Although this apartment's located in an eighteenth-century mansion in Palma's Old Town, the interior is delightfully modern. The minimalist kitchen is dominated by sleek finishes, while the living room's stark white walls and wooden floorboards look similarly smart. That's not to say it's completely anonymous, though. There are some Asian influences in the decorations, particularly the elephant statue and the orange patterned rug. We're also big fans of the intricate mosaic tiling in the bathroom too, also in sunset tones. When you want a breath of fresh air, simply step out onto the home's balcony and gaze out onto the street below. Plaça Major sits just one minute's walk away and Museu Fundació Joan March is another sixty seconds beyond that. The city's gothic cathedral only takes six minutes to reach on foot, too.
