Sitting on the top floor of the building, this sumptuously beautiful apartment is just a stone’s throw away from the Spanish Steps and offers a luxurious base from which to explore Rome’s most famous sights. Recently renovated and curated with an exquisite eye for design and detail, this home is everything you could dream of having for a romantic Roman holiday. From its parquet floors to its elegant wallpaper and contemporary furnishings, there’s an air of sophisticated grandeur here that feels uniquely special. Step out of the bright living area and onto the private terrace where outdoor seating invites you to relax with an espresso each morning and sip on sundowners while taking in views of the Spanish Steps and the surrounding rooftops and churches. There’s a second terrace off of the kitchen equipped with a table and chairs – the ideal spot to gather for an alfresco meal when you’re not sitting down to elegant soirées in the dining room. With three beautifully decorated bedrooms – one of which boasts a desk – as well as a pair of luxurious bathrooms (we’re particularly fond of the freestanding tub) – you’ve got everything you need for a memorable, magical time....

About Spagna

Spagna is, perhaps unsurprisingly, focussed around the eponymous Piazza di Spagna. Along with the Trevi fountain, it’s one of the most visited sights in the entire city. Things weren’t always so auspicious – in the 16th century, the area was Rome’s red light district, but today it’s better known for the vine-covered romance of Via Margutta, home to Gregory Peck's impoverished journalist in Roman Holiday. This is not the place...

Host

This home is managed by Rubina

This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Rubina and her team look after several apartments in Rome, and they’ve got your backs when it comes to finding the best place for your trip. Even if you’re not greeted by her personally, we were almost taken aback by how friendly her colleagues were. You’ll be in safe hands.
