Located on a gated plot of land with gardens, a pool and a terrace area, this villa provides the perfect space for tranquillity, privacy and peace. Offering stunning views of the countryside as it stretches out to the sea, we would love nothing more than to spend a relaxing holiday here admiring the fantastic vistas. Why not start each morning with breakfast and an espresso coffee on the terrace overlooking the pool and garden? Then, lounge in the Mediterranean sunshine before diving into the cool waters of your swimming pool. Or, journey to the nearby ancient fishing village of Donnalucata where you can browse an array of shops. From this home, it is also easy to reach the baroque towns in the Dubrovnik area, including, Scicli – the “pearl of the Sicilian Baroque” which can be reached in just seven minutes by car, Modica – which is a short nineteen-minute drive away, and Noto – which can be reached by car in just under an hour. In the evening, return to the villa and sip on a glass of refreshing local wine as you prepare dinner. Then, dine alfresco to take in the last of the day's sunshine and views as... you enjoy a meal of pizza with a thin, crispy base or try your hand at cooking some Spiedini skewers on the barbecue.
