Situated in a handsome redbrick building in Maida Vale, this apartment is a superb option for a couple or a solo traveller coming to the Big Smoke and not wanting to skimp on size or style when it comes to their living quarters. Inside, wooden floors and stark white walls lend the feel of a contemporary art gallery, and indeed, you'll find several Banksy prints hanging up about the place. In addition, guests are also treated to a sleek monochrome kitchen, plus a study area that can be curtained off from the rest of the space in case you're working from home. When the weather's on your side, there's also a communal garden in which to sit out and soak up the sunshine. Elsewhere in the immediate area, there's a park with tennis courts only two minutes' walk around the corner, while Lord's Cricket Ground is only twenty minutes away on foot. The tranquil Little Venice is only a quarter of an hour's stroll, too.

About Maida Vale
Leafy Maida Vale is one of London's most sought-after residential areas and for good reason. If you sidestep the tourists posing for photos on the zebra crossing made famous by that Beatles cover, you’ll quickly find what makes this part of town quite so special. Home to beautiful streets of white stucco houses, the very instagrammable canals of Little Venice, and lots of interesting places to eat and drink, Maida Vale residents certainly know how to live well. The BBC's Maida Vale studios means that many residents are bigwigs in the music and creative industries.
