Formerly the residence of the legendary fashion designer Hubert de Givenchy, this lavish home in Venice is an aesthete's dream, boasting a sought-after location in the city's creative core. You'll find it tucked away in Dorsoduro, footsteps from the famed Peggy Guggenheim Collection. Here, you're less than a five-minute stroll from the Accademia Gallery of Venice and the Punta Della Dogana Centre of Contemporary Art, while a tempting array of eateries, bars and shops are practically at your doorstep. Proudly perched on the top two floors of a majestic palazzo, this home boasts an exquisite design and breathtaking rooftop views. At first glance, it instantly impresses with its pretty canalside entryway and striking stone staircase. Inside, it's all marble floors, vaulted ceilings and exposed timber beams, adorned with opulent decor and state-of-the-art amenities. We especially love the sleek kitchen-diner, with its pearly-white Corian worktops, walk-in fridge-freezer and long cantilevered dining tables, providing the perfect setting for dinner parties. Upstairs, the spectacular rooftop terrace offers spectacular scenery with privacy to boot. After a peaceful slumber in the lavish sleeping quarters, spend mornings roosted around the alfresco dining area espresso cup in hand, admiring sublime views of the Venetian roofscape.
