Situated in an elegant 1850s building in Edinburgh's theatre district, this beautiful home is a rarity indeed. It boasts Edinburgh Castle views from the entrance and a private outdoor space, complete with a gas fireplace and sofas. It's the perfect place for pre-theatre drinks or a wee dram at the end of the night. You may even be lucky enough to see one of the fireworks displays light up the sky around the castle. Inside, it's been freshly renovated by one of Scotland's leading interior designers. A lot of attention to detail has been lavished on this home. We adore the custom wallpaper, designer accessories, plush velvet seating and drapes, as well as the contemporary artworks by Scottish and New York artists. All in all, this creates a sumptuous, five-star boutique suite feel. There’s even a secret extra outdoor room furnished with tartan throws and puffin cushions – the ideal spot for reading a book. The location is as impressive as this apartment. It's a three-minute stroll to both Princes Street and the Lyceum Theatre, while Usher Hall, which has hosted concerts and events since 1914, is a mere one-minute saunter. No trip to the city would be complete without visiting Edinburgh... Castle – it's around ten minutes on foot.

About New Town
Edinburgh’s New Town isn’t new at all – it’s a glorious example of 18th-century Georgian town planning and architecture that has rightfully earned its UNESCO World Heritage Status. There’s a lot more than beautiful architecture on offer here though. Located in the centre of the city, it’s a short walk from Waverley Station, and well serviced by public transport. Princes Street, George Street, St Andrew’s Square, and the West End...
