Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Situated in Edinburgh's charming New Town, just a hop, skip and a jump away from Princes Street, this Georgian apartment is absolutely breathtaking. If you're anything like us, you'll be swooning over the sky-high ceilings, enormous sash windows and oodles of period features. When married with the bright living spaces and contemporary touches like the BOSE Bluetooth mini sound system, Miele appliances and underfloor heating, this whole place is a showstopper. Just picture yourself sprawled out on the velvet sofa in front of the crackling fire, a glass of scotch in hand. Come dinnertime, pad over to the chef's-worthy kitchen and rustle up a delicious, hearty spread to share around the large oak table – alongside a bottle of Scotland's finest whiskey, of course. After supper, unwind with an engrossing book from the host's small library, play a game of backgammon around the coffee table or enjoy a soak in the lavish bathtub before snuggling up for a blissful night's sleep in the sumptuous beds. When you're ready to explore, you couldn't ask for a better place to be. Not only is New Town famous for its Michelin-starred restaurants, cool cafes and excellent shopping – all practically on your doorstep –...

About New Town

Edinburgh’s New Town isn’t new at all – it’s a glorious example of 18th-century Georgian town planning and architecture that has rightfully earned its UNESCO World Heritage Status. There’s a lot more than beautiful architecture on offer here though. Located in the centre of the city, it’s a short walk from Waverley Station, and well serviced by public transport. Princes Street, George Street, St Andrew’s Square, and the West End...
