Overlooking the picturesque and family-friendly fishing village of Puerto de Mogán and set just metres from its 200m-long beach, this top floor apartment enjoys an enviable location in one of the sunniest spots on Earth. With an average of 320 days of sun per year, this tranquil southern section of the Gran Canaria coast as good as guarantees great weather, meaning you're free to make the most of the stunning rooftop terrace, soak up some rays on the nearby beach, and explore the nearby canals – the source of the town's nickname, 'Venice of the Canaries'. However, there's more to Puerto de Mogán than simply sun, sea and sand, with a bustling Friday market attracting visitors from all over the island, plus Instagrammable houses that back the yacht-lined marina. Back at the apartment, there's an open-plan living area that leads directly out onto an east-facing balcony – perfect for that early morning cup of coffee in the sunshine. Meanwhile, the rooftop terrace some equipped with plenty of comfy seating and a basic outdoor kitchen, so you're free to tuck into alfresco feasts with views out over the town. Elsewhere, the island has plenty of natural wonders to discover, including the stunning Maspalomas dunes...
