• At full capacity, two children will be on a king sized sofa bed in the master suite and two children will be on Z beds in bedrooms 3 & 4. They will be charged at a supplement of £25 per child - let your host know in advance to request this.

• For spa use including the sauna, steam room and gym, a one-off induction fee of £60 per booking applies – this entitles all guests in your party to use the spa and treatments may be booked as an optional extra. The spa is only available to book between 2 and 5pm
