Beautiful chevron flooring, creamy stone walls, and a stone's throw away from the city's hotspots – this gorgeous apartment is ideal for exploring lovely Florence. In old, busy cities, space can be hard to come by, but not here. The wide-open kitchen/living room offers plenty of room to enjoy, and the same goes for the bedrooms. If you're looking for a comfortable apartment with lots of character, this could be just the ticket. Pop to the local shop for some local goodies for breakfast and put on a proper spread around your dining table. A hearty breakfast is always the best way to kick things off before a day of exploring. When it's time to head out, you're a ten-to-fifteen minute walk from everything you could want from Florence. That's including Via dei Calzaiuoli, which is precisely a twelve-minute walk away – it's a vibrant street lined with shops, galleries, museums, eateries, bars, and more. On one side of Via dei Calzaiuoli, you'll find Piazza Duomo, where you can gape at architectural masterpieces. On the other side, you'll find Piazza della Signoria. The list of things to do and see within a short walking distance is endless, you'll have to... go and see for yourself! When your feet can handle exploring anymore, pick up a bottle of local wine and head home for some relaxed drinks and a game of cards. When it's time to hit the hay, nothing beats crawling into your super comfortable bed, promising a restful sleep so you can do it all again the next day.

About Santa Croce
Santa Croce is a trendy, architecturally impressive neighbourhood that’s less busy than the Duomo or San Marco districts, but still in the heart of Florence. Home to the eponymous basilica, and the Casa Buonarroti museum, it’s located in the eastern part of Florence’s historic centre. The largest crowds have thinned out by this point, but if you stay here, you're still close enough to explore the whole city on foot....
