Perched proudly on the calm waters of the Misericordia Canal, this home's location alone is enough reason for us to praise it to the skies. You'll find it nestled in the lively sestiere of Cannaregio, where you'll find bustling nightlife alongside authentic charm and the city's Jewish Quarter. Here, you're a fifteen-minute walk from the Grand Canal's oldest overpass, the Rialto Bridge, and even closer to the beautiful waterfront palace of Ca 'd'Oro. Steeped in history, this home impresses before you step through the door with its elegant entrance hall and charming courtyard, brimming with foliage and an authentic vera da pozzo. Inside, it's all exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and high ceilings adorned with exposed timber beams. It would feel like a step back in time were it not for the stylish decor. Upstairs, a wrought iron winding staircase leads to a cosy office nook on the mezzanine floor, perfect for catching up on work or letting the creative juices flow. Between adventures, you'll love kicking back in this lavish pad. We especially love the open-plan living space, primed for relaxation with plush upholstery, a fully-equipped kitchen and large doors leading to a large furnished terrace. Spend evenings roosted here, sharing... a bottle of wine as the sun sets over the Venetian rooftops.

Venice's dwindling population is a well-known problem, but here you...
