Just off the main village square in Selva, this is a wonderful place to slow down and savour the details that make this home special. From the scent of citrus trees in the air to the eclectic styling and textures, the artistic influence is palpable – the owners have sensitively designed this space to include paintings and sculptures crafted by friends. It’s this sense of personal warmth and care that is felt upon arrival. You’ll find the luxurious bedrooms on the street–level, creating a wonderful sense of sanctuary and refuge. Upstairs the calming presence overflows into the light–filled living space. This is a wonderful spot to relax, read and spend quality time together. Open the terrace doors and you’ll discover an oasis designed to entertain, rest, swim and simply enjoy the beauty of island living. Stepping onto the streets of Selva, you’ll find everything you could need is within walking distance. There’s a lovely weekly market here where you can buy fresh local produce. And when you want to explore further afield, there's easy access to the mountains... where you can hike and cycle, or spend slow days at the beach in Alcúdia – just a thirty–minute drive away.
