Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of busy London, this charming cottage is located on a quiet road in Kentish Town. With great transport links right on the doorstep, finding a fabulous restaurant couldn’t be easier. Chalk Farm is only a short distance from the cottage, too, so if you’re keen to immerse yourself in something a little more historical, be sure to check out this tourist hotspot’s famed Victorian buildings. Slightly further afield (but still only a twenty–minute stroll away), you’ll find the leafy trails of Hampstead Heath. A colourul, lively spot, this place is perfect for those that love vintage gastropubs. From the outside, this Victorian terrace is perfectly picturesque. The cottage–style windows are oh so welcoming, and the traditional front door ties in with the quaint aesthetic. Inside is a real fusion of classic and contemporary, and it works really well. We love the contrast between the home’s original features and the chic, contemporary fittings. The period–style fireplace is a real focal point, and the selection of vivid art pieces bring bags of personality. Fancy a relaxed evening in? Sink into the depths of the cosy blue sofa and enjoy a moment of down time in front... of the TV. Or maybe a delicious meal with family and friends is more what you had in mind? The open–plan living and dining area presents the perfect place to indulge in a scrumptious feast, meanwhile the fully–equipped kitchen has everything you could ever need to rustle up something delicious. If the sky is clear, be sure to head out into the patio garden for some fresh air. Decorated with a sprinkling of potted shrubs, enjoy a quick nightcap beneath the stars before retreating to your snuggly bedroom for a well–deserved night’s sleep.
