Tucked away amid the rolling Somerset countryside by Blagdon Lake, this stunning home is the perfect retreat. Ideal for groups of friends and families, it’s stylish yet comfortable, with enough room for everyone to get together. The garden wraps all the way around the house, so there’s heaps of outdoor space. You might spend your afternoons playing games on the lawn, followed by evenings in the hot tub, drinking in the view of Blagdon Lake while sipping Champagne. The barbecue means that alfresco dining is on the cards, so when the sun is shining you can soak up every second of it. The views can be enjoyed from inside, too – the open-plan living and dining space has floor-to-ceiling windows. The master bedroom has a spectacular view over the lake, which can be enjoyed from bed or the beautiful brass bathtub. After a day spent walking in the countryside, what could be better than slipping into a bubble bath to watch the sun set? The lake is a five-minute drive away, with fishing, walking and cycling all on offer. You might also like to drive into nearby Bristol to shop, dine, and see the sights. The Clifton Suspension Bridge is... a twenty-nine-minute drive.
