Perched above the fishing town of Sevid, this superb villa savours its panoramic views over the Adriatic Sea. Only 750 metres away from pebble beaches and a delightful restaurant scene, there's something for everyone to enjoy here. When you feel like an adventure, why not cycle down to the seafront on your two Giant Talon bicycles? Or, hire a car and drive to Split, just 30km away. Wake up in a luxurious bedroom suite and wander into your dream kitchen to cook a Croatian breakfast. Your children will race outside to the lower terrace, where a playpark, volleyball court, basketball hoop, and table tennis await. For your workouts, there are Airrunner fitness machines on the upper deck. Wrapped in voile drapes, this sumptuous living space is the perfect place to relax ahead of a formal dinner or an alfresco barbecue. Battle it out on the PS4, then take your dog out for an evening stroll among the trees. At sunset, reach into your wine cooler and toast with a glass of Plavac Mali under the pink sky – all before sharing a late-night chat in the Hot Spring hot tub.

About Split
With its ramshackle buildings of terracotta roofs, green shutters and sun-bleached stone, the old heart of Split could rival Dubrovnik’s. Diocletian’s Palace dates back to 305 AD and is a meandering old centre of narrow alleys, crumbling columns and pavements worn sleek over time, and it is very much still the buzzing soul of Split. The surrounding Venetian-style streets date back to the days of spice merchants and sailors, and...

Host
This home is managed by Oliver
This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Nearly twenty years ago, Oliver and his friend began curating the world's most unique and rustic getaways. Driven by their own unforgettable experience at a chateau, they have grown remarkably since then. Much like Plum, they believe in hand-picked luxury that doesn't break the bank.
